UX Design Awards GOLD Winner

A unique bonus program to users of public railways that addresses a common pain point: delays. The service tackles the issue from a psychological perspective. The goal is to change the perception of delays by offering a tangible reward for arriving late and creating awareness for overlooked on-time trains. It allows users to collect points called "Minutes" for every minute of delay. This gives them the power to redeem frustrations and turn them into rewards like free travel time or other perks. (The project initially started in collaboration with New Design University and ÖBB Railways. For competing at the UX Design Awards the logo and name were reinvented to Minutes & More.)
